I understood your point of view, but I'm having hard time understanding. We definitely missed our flight due to your fault.
Therefore, I'm requesting a refund of the plane ticket again that we were supposed to take ( AEROMEXICO 696 MEX- YVR 17:47-22:02 on the 3rd of April.)

Though I have understood your opinion, I still fail to agree with that. We missed the plane because of the error which your staff members had made.
So we request a full reimbursement for the plane ticket (April 3 MEX 17:47 - YVR 22:02 AEROMXICO 696) again.

I understand your opinion, but I cannot be convinced. We have missed our flight clearly because of your staff's mistake.
