私共の見落としです。大変申し訳ございません。
このようなビンテージギターは多少のガリがあってもオリジナルのままが良いと言われるお客様が多いので、
ポットを交換してもよいかどうか確認させて頂きます。
もちろん交換の際には、部品代、作業代はこちらで負担させて頂きます。
またオリジナルのまま発送し、部品を付属することもできます。
どうように致しますか？

Currently I am taking care of you guitar for final maintenance, but I found that the volume pod makes noise.
It is our fault we have missed it. We are very sorry about that.
As many customers like vintage guitars in original condition is spite that the volume makes noise, so, I would like to ask you to confirm iw we can replace the volume pod with a new one or not.
Not to mention, we will cover the cost for the parts and commission fee if you would like us to replace it.
Also, we can ship the guitar as is to you, with new parts.
Which do you prefer?
