We are very sorry for having bothered you a lot due to the fact that the item did not arrive.
But, we made shipment the item you ordered in the delivery period for sure.
Regarding the delivery issue, that was the fault of Japan Post Office, and we are not responsible for it.
As we have made a full refund, we are much disappointed with this rating.
We are very sorry for bothering you, but can you please withdraw the feedback rated as natural?

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the fact the product has not yet arrived.
However, we did make the shipment in term within the period of dispatch.
The inconvenience was caused by a mistake made by Japan Post, not ours.
I am deeply dissappointed with the evaluation made even though we are refunding the total amount...
I apologize to have caused you trouble but I sincerely ask you if you can retract the evaluation of "Natural", is it possible?
