彼が死亡した時に会社の設立手続きをしたエージェントには伝えたのですが、今は連絡が取れません。

Though he passed away in 2003, his family seems to have received a bill for the corporate income taxes.
I notified the agent in charge of the procedure to establish the company upon his passing,
but I cannot get in touch with him/her.
What should I do?
