カード決裁エラーの原因は、カード決裁情報に不正使用防止を目的とした利用者の承認情報が不足しているためです。
カード加盟店が原因とのことです。
貴社はカード決裁システムを変更しましたか？
私は、ビリング情報画面で、以下の情報を更新しました。
しかし、Security Codeは保存されていないように見えます。
