After Elisha predicted that Hazael will be the king, Hazael decided to kill the king of Alam? Or Elisha said that prediction after Hazael decided to kill the king? I am not sure. What I thought was that as soon as Hazael heard Elisha's prediction, he decided to kill the king. Or it could be that he saw the king being sick then thought "it is a chance to kill the king."

Since Elisha had told the prophecy about Hazael becoming a king, Did Hazael decided to kill king Aram ? Or Hazael have decided to kill the king and that's why Elisha tell the prophecy ? I don't understand. I thought, since Hazaeru heard Elisha's prophecy, that why he immediately decided to kill the king. But maybe, he saw the king in illness and he started to think "This is the chance, I will kill the king". And Elisha expressed Hazael heart through the prophecy.

Has Hazael decided to kill the king of Aram after Elisha prophesied about Hazael becoming a king? Or, Hazael had already decided to kill the king before Elisha told him about the prophecy? I don't know. What I think is that Hazel decided to kill the king right away because he heard Elisha's prophecy.
Or, maybe, Hazael have started thinking about killing the king when he saw the king's illness and took it as a chance. And then, Elisha just revealed Hazael's heart through his prophecy.

I thought, soon after hearing Elisha’ prophecy, Hazeeru decided to kill the king.
But, or after looking at the illness of the king, he might begin thinking “it is a chance to kill the king”. And, Elisha represented the heart of Hazael through its prophecy .
