お買い上げ頂いた商品ですがメーカーサイト（日本語サイト）では「USBポートもしくはPS/2ポートを持ち、Windows XP SP2以降／Vista／7／8／8.1／10 が動作するDOS/Vパソコン。 同梱してある専用PS/2プラグを使用することでPS/2キーボードとして接続可能です。」と記載がありますので問題なく使用できるはずです
またキーボードを接続後に再起動はしましたか？

So, you should be able to use it without any issues.
