お買い上げ頂いた商品ですがメーカーサイト（日本語サイト）では「USBポートもしくはPS/2ポートを持ち、Windows XP SP2以降／Vista／7／8／8.1／10 が動作するDOS/Vパソコン。同梱してある専用PS/2プラグを使用することでPS/2キーボードとして接続可能です。」と記載がありますので問題なく使用できるはずです
またキーボードを接続後に再起動はしましたか？

Regarding the product you have purchased, on the manufacture's website(in Japanese) says, "A computer that has USB port or PS/2 port,Windows XP, SP2/Vista/7/8/8.1/10. It is connectable as keyboard with the PS/2 plug packed with the product". So it should be ok to use.
Did you restart the computer after connecting the keyboard?
