お買い上げ頂いた商品ですがメーカーサイト（日本語サイト）では「USBポートもしくはPS/2ポートを持ち、Windows XP SP2以降／Vista／7／8／8.1／10 が動作するDOS/Vパソコン。同梱してある専用PS/2プラグを使用することでPS/2キーボードとして接続可能です。」と記載がありますので問題なく使用できるはずです
またキーボードを接続後に再起動はしましたか？

Regarding the product you purchased, the maker website (Japanese website) says "DOS/V computer which Window XP SP2/Vista/7/8/8.1/10 have USB port or PS/2 port. The attached exclusive PS/2 plug can be used to be able to connect as PS/2 keyboard.". So it should be no problem.
Did you restart it after connecting the keyboard?
