お買い上げ頂いた商品ですがメーカーサイト（日本語サイト）では「USBポートもしくはPS/2ポートを持ち、Windows XP SP2以降／Vista／7／8／8.1／10 が動作するDOS/Vパソコン。 同梱してある専用PS/2プラグを使用することでPS/2キーボードとして接続可能です。」と記載がありますので問題なく使用できるはずです
またキーボードを接続後に再起動はしましたか？

Regarding the item you bought, according to the manufacturer's website (Japanese website), it says "USB port or PS/2 port, DOS/V personal computer which runs Windows XP SP2 and after/Vista/7/8/8.1/10. It can be connected as PS/2 keyboard by using special PS/2 plug included in the package." so there should be no problem using it.
Also, did you restart it after connecting keyboard?
