以前に購入しました○○のことで質問があります。届いたときにすぐに連絡をすればよかったのですが、届いた商品のうちいくつかがメールに添付しました写真のような液漏れをしている状態でした。商品やパッケージ、説明書が油のようなもので濡れていました。○○の中に含まれていた液が漏れてきている状態だと思いますが、これは商品の不具合でしょうか？それとも液漏れは問題なく、この油のような液は人体に影響のない無害なものでしょうか？ご回答お待ちしています。

I have a question about ○○ I bought before. I should have let you know just after I got it but some of them was leaking like the picture I attached. The product, the package and the manual got wet with oil or something. I suppose that some liquid inside ○○ was leaking. Do you think this is defective item or this is not defective and the liquid like oil is harmless for human-being? I will look forward to your reply.
