・何か事前に登録が必要か。（業法上、何かのライセンスが必要か？）
・現状の約款記載の事業内容で包含しているか。
・有効期限を弊社の都合で決めて問題ないものか。（発行から1ヵ月間以内、2015年●月●日まで等）
・退蔵益が発生した場合は、100％弊社の利益にして問題ないか。
・その他作成、運用における注意点はあるか。

- Whether any registration is needed beforehand. (Are there any licenses required by law?)
- Is it covered in the current business description stated in the articles?
- Is it okay for our company to decide the expiry date? (i.e. 1 month from issuance, until (date) (month) 2015, etc.)
- Is it okay to make hoarding profits 100% our company's profit?
- Please advise other cautions upon issuing and operating them if any.
