商品券（バウチャー）を発行する場合の注意点について
・何か事前に登録が必要か。（業法上、何かのライセンスが必要か？）
・現状の約款記載の事業内容で包含しているか。
・有効期限を弊社の都合で決めて問題ないものか。（発行から1ヵ月間以内、2015年●月●日まで等）
・退蔵益が発生した場合は、100％弊社の利益にして問題ないか。
・その他作成、運用における注意点はあるか。

*Does it contain the business contents described in the current clause?
*Is there any problem if we decide an expiring date, according to our convenience?
(For example, valid for one month from the issue date, or valid until ●●, 2015)
*When a Hoarding profit is yielded, is there any problem if we treat it all as our profit?
