別の日に注文した刺繍入りの商品と勘違いしていませんか?
念の為に注文した商品リストを書いておきます。

交換をお願いした商品を返送します
出来れば早めに交換商品を送ってもらいたいのですが、可能ですか?

ところで、9月29日に受け取ったMailによると、商品はWeek42に発送準備が整うとのことでしたが、予定通り出荷できそうですか?

By any chance are you misunderstanding the order with another order I did with embroidery products?
I will send you the purchase order again.
