これらの商品は、まだ日本に到着してません。
インボイスも受け取っていなのですが送ってくれましたか？
別の日に注文した刺繍入りの商品と勘違いしていませんか？

交換をお願いした商品を返送します
出来れば早めに交換商品を送ってもらいたいのですが、可能ですか？

ところで、9月29日に受け取ったMailによると、商品はWeek42に発送準備が整うとのことでしたが、予定通り出荷できそうですか？

These products has not been arrived in Japan yet.
