これらの商品は、まだ日本に到着してません。
インボイスも受け取っていなのですが送ってくれましたか？
別の日に注文した刺繍入りの商品と勘違いしていませんか？
念の為に注文した商品リストを書いておきます。

交換をお願いした商品を返送します
出来れば早めに交換商品を送ってもらいたいのですが、可能ですか？

ところで、9月29日に受け取ったMailによると、商品はWeek42に発送準備が整うとのことでしたが、予定通り出荷できそうですか？

These items have not arrived at Japan.
I haven't received the invoice either, did you send them?
Haven't you mistaken them with the item with embroidery I ordered on other day?
Just in case I'm writing the list of the items I ordered.

I'm returning the item which I asked to exchange.
If possible I want you to send replacement soon, is that possible?

By the way, the email I received on September 29 said the items will be ready for shipment on week 42, will they be dispatched as scheduled?
