9月25日に刺繍入りで注文した商品の件を再度確認させて下さい。
これらの商品は、まだ日本に到着してません。
インボイスも受け取っていなのですが送ってくれましたか？
別の日に注文した刺繍入りの商品と勘違いしていませんか？
念の為に注文した商品リストを書いておきます。

交換をお願いした商品を返送します
出来れば早めに交換商品を送ってもらいたいのですが、可能ですか？

ところで、9月29日に受け取ったMailによると、商品はWeek42に発送準備が整うとのことでしたが、予定通り出荷できそうですか？

Let me confirm once again regarding the item that I ordered on September 25 having embroidery.
These products have not arrived to Japan yet.
I have not received the invoice yet. Did you send it to me?
Are you not confused this order with my previous order that too was with embroidery?
To make sure, I am stating the list of product I ordered this time.

I am sending back the product that I asked to replace.
I need to have replacement as soon as possible. Would that be possible?

By the way, according to the email I received on September 29, I understand it will be ready to ship during the Week 42. Is it still as per this schedule?
