いいえ、Trouser - 100cm/39"; はズボンの総丈の長さのことです。
いろいろな体型の方がいるので、サイズを断言することはできないのですが、身長を見るにM Sizeでも大丈夫でしょうが、ウエストをあわせるならLSizeの方が良いのではないかと思います。
ちょっと長いかもしれませんが。
先週イギリスのAmazon倉庫向けに商品を発送しましたから、１ヶ月後くらいにはamazonUKでも再入荷しているかと思います。
どちらで購入するかご検討いただければ幸いです。

No, "Trouser-100 cm/39" is the length of the trouser.
As people have a different body shape, I cannot specify size.
I saw the height and size medium will be fine.
But if you include waist, large might be better, although it might be a little longer.
As we sent the item to the warehouse of Amazon UK last week, the Amazon UK will receive
it again 1 month later.

Since there are many different physiques, it's difficult to specify the exact size, and although I believe M size should fit (judging from the stature), if you want to match the waist, maybe L is better.
I could be a little too long, though.
Last week I shipped the product to UK Amazon's warehouse, so I believe Amazon UK should receive the lot in about 1 month.
I appreciate if you can analyze which place you would like to buy from.

No. "Trouser - 100cm/39" meant the length of outseem of the trouser.
There are various shapes of bodies and it is hard to say definitely but it seems size M is OK considering the height but size L should be better considering the waist.
It might be slightly too long though.
