バイヤーは商品を返送しましたが、こちらには届いていません。
なぜなら返送中に運送会社が商品を紛失したからです。
追跡番号を調べたら荷物が数か月も運送会社で止まっていました。
返送したのはバイヤーなので、こちらからはどうにもできません。
以前A-to-z Guarantee claimsとChargeback claimsを受けた時
その事実をアマゾンに伝えたら追跡番号を確認してくれてクレームを取り下げてくれました。
商品が返ってこないのに私はバイヤーに返金しなくてはいけないのでしょうか?
