I have confirmed with my costumer.
We could not find any problems at all regarding the questions 1 through 4.
Sliders are to be used in a horizontal situation and there is no damage either.
When the slider is activated in slow speed that is the only occasion some defects are seen.
We are guessing that when you speed up the slider the power to move it is increased. This makes more strong momentum which makes the movement normalized.
I feel that the motor is liley to have some defects.
We would like to order one unit of E1 to keep our stock.
We would like to ask you send us a rail and a slier free of charge as we need a replacement for the initial defects.
To make sure we would like to be able to replace controller as well. Is it possible?

I confirmed with a customer.
As to question 1 thru 4, there are no problems at all.
When the slider is used horizontally, there is no damage at all.
Only when the slider is operated at a low speed, the problem happens.
As the slider speeds up, the power seems to be up too.
According to the customer, the momentum causes it to move forward normally.
I think a problem with the motor is likely to cause this trouble.

I'm writing this email to order an exchange of the product, E1.

I've checked to our client about the product and there's no problems about question 1-4.
They can use the slider with no damage when handling it horizontally.
However, there's a defect only when they operate it with low speed.
It seems like it goes well when it has more speed and power.
I reckon that the defect is probably because of a motor.

I'm sorry to trouble you but I would like to order one E1 for our stock.
