1〜4の質問についてはすべて問題い状態です。
スライダーは水平状況で使用し、ダメージもありません。
スライダーを低速で作動させた時だけ、不具合が発生します。
感覚では、スライダーのスピード上げるとパワーも上がった分、
その勢いで正常に進んでいる印象とのことです。
私はモーターの不具合の可能性が高いと思います。
当社の在庫用としてE1を１台注文します。
初期不良交換用のRailとSlierを無料で送って欲しいです。
念のためコントローラーも交換してあげたいです。可能ですか？

I have confirmed with my costumer.
We could not find any problems at all regarding the questions 1 through 4.
Sliders are to be used in a horizontal situation and there is no damage either.
When the slider is activated in slow speed that is the only occasion some defects are seen.
We are guessing that when you speed up the slider the power to move it is increased. This makes more strong momentum which makes the movement normalized.
I feel that the motor is liley to have some defects.
We would like to order one unit of E1 to keep our stock.
We would like to ask you send us a rail and a slier free of charge as we need a replacement for the initial defects.
To make sure we would like to be able to replace controller as well. Is it possible?
