１行目の「mailed」は郵送したという意味なので誤訳です。２行目の「replied enough」では意味が明確に伝わりません。３行目の「Am」は大文字にする必要はありません。最後の分は機会訳のような表現になっていますので、工夫が必要です。

現代は「mail」だけでemailを送るという意味があり、よく使われています。
２行目は「あなたは私の書いたことに対して十分な返答をしていません」に意訳しています。
３行目は内容を強調したいときに、大文字を使うレトリックです。
適宜直して使用してください。

最後の行は命令文になっていますので、それだけで十分日本語でいう「○○してくれないと困る！（絶対にな○○してくれ！）」というニュアンスになります。逆に「○○しないと困る」を直訳すると、英語圏の人は「困るだけなら放置してもいいか」と思うことがありますのであえて抜きました。

最後の文は、あえて命令文にするというのは勉強になりました。確かに、「困るだけなら放置してもいいか」と思われてはいけないので、相手に不備があったことを的確に指摘することが必要です。ただ、命令文は不必要に相手の怒りを買ってしまう可能性があるので、クレームを解決したい場合にはできるだけ避けたほうがよいのではないかと思います。
