このような文章が来たのですが

私の名前がクレジットカードとパスポートで一致しないのは
クレジットカードの名前は漢字直訳の読み方で記載されており
パスポートの名前は韓国語読みで記載されているためです
どちらも漢字は同じです。

解決方法を教えてください。

よろしくお願いいたします。

I received the following message.

The reason why your names don’t match between your credit card and your passport is that your name written on your credit card is read as directly translated and your name written on your passport is read in Korean.

The same Chinese characters are used for your name in both of them

Please let me know how to solve this problem.
Thank you.

I have received a letter as below

My name on my credit card and the my passport do not match
because my credit card is written in accordance with the way it is read in Chinese character
whereas my passport is written in accordance with the way it is read in Korean.
Nonetheless, both are written in the same Chinese character.

Please help me out to solve this issue.

Best Regards

My name does not match on both my credit card and my passport. On my credit card, the literal translation and reading of Chinese characters (Kanji) was used for my name. But on the passport, my name is written in the literal Korean translation and reading. For both the credit card and the passport, the same Chinese characters (Kanji) should be used for my name.

Please advise me on how to resolve this issue.

Thank you very much.

I received this type of sentence.

My name do not match with a credit card and passport
The name on the credit card has been described in the reading of the Chinese characters.
This is because the name of the passport describe in Korean reading.
Both Chinese characters are the same .

Please tell me how to resolve .

Thank you .
