お返事が遅くなり申し訳ございません。
ご注文頂いた商品ですが、
7/25に、日本の郵便局に問合せをしましたが未だ返事が返ってこない状況です。
これ以上、お待たせするのは申し訳ありませんので
下記2つから、対応を選んでいただければと思います。
1.キャンセル手続きをしていただき全額返金
2.再度、同じ商品を急行便で発送
何回もご連絡をもらいながら、このような対応しかご提案できないことを深くお詫び申しあげます。

Regarding to the item you ordered, we are still waiting for response from Post Office.
However, we can not make you wait any longer.
You could kindly choose one of our suggestions which suits you better:

1. Cancel the order and full refund
2. Ship out the same item by the Express

We are terribly sorry that this is the least we could do, after you contacted us many times.

With respect to the goods you ordered, we haven't received any response from the post office although I made an inquiry on July 25th.
I don't want to keep you waiting any longer, I would like you to choose one of two actions below.
1. You cancel the order and I pay you back all the amount.
2. I send you the same goods by express delivery.
Even though you contact me a number of times, I apologize for proposing this kind of response.

Regarding the item that you've ordered,
I did an inquiry at the Japan Post Office on the 25th July, but yet to receive any reply.
I am sorry to have kept you waiting, thus, please choose between these two options below.
1. Cancel and get a full refund on the item that you've purchased.
2. Send out the product once again using express post.
I apologise for any inconvenience and having to give out these two options after several mails.

As for your order, I contacted a Japanese post office to inquire about its delivery status on July 25th, but I have not got their reply yet.
As I I would not want to keep you waiting anymore, could you choose from the two options below:
1. Cancel the order. and request a full refund.
2. Request re-dispatch of the same goods by another express courier service.
