口座を作成した後、担当者から連絡がありました。
私の入金した金額を、誤って父の口座（◯◯◯◯）に入金して
しまったと連絡をもらいました。
それが原因で口座残高が足りなくなっていると思います
その担当者は、誤って父の口座に入金した、私のお金を、
戻すといっていましたが、いまだに戻っていません。
大変困っています。

After having made the account, I got a contact from the person in charge.
He said that they had put the money I deposited in my father's account (◯◯◯◯) mistakenly.
I think that the account balance became insufficient for it.
Although the person in charge said that he would return my money deposited in my father's account by mistake, which has not been done yet.
I am troubled very much.
