私は父と一緒に、口座（別々の口座）を作りにいきました。

口座を作成した後、担当者から連絡がありました。
私の入金した金額を、誤って父の口座（◯◯◯◯）に入金して
しまったと連絡をもらいました。
それが原因で口座残高が足りなくなっていると思います

その担当者は、誤って父の口座に入金した、私のお金を、
戻すといっていましたが、いまだに戻っていません。
大変困っています。
戻していただけますでしょうか？

I went to make each bank account with my father.

After we made it, the person in charge called us.
He said that amount of my money deposited in my father's account(◯◯◯◯) by mistake.
I think the balance of my account is insufficient because of it.

The person in charge told me my money will be paid back from my father's account, but it doesn't come back yet.
I'm very troubled now. Could you return my money as soon as possible?
