私は父と一緒に、口座（別々の口座）を作りにいきました。

口座を作成した後、担当者から連絡がありました。
私の入金した金額を、誤って父の口座（◯◯◯◯）に入金して
しまったと連絡をもらいました。
それが原因で口座残高が足りなくなっていると思います

その担当者は、誤って父の口座に入金した、私のお金を、
戻すといっていましたが、いまだに戻っていません。
大変困っています。
戻していただけますでしょうか？

I went to open an account with my father (separate accounts).

After opening an account, the person in charge contacted me.

The person in charge said the amount mistakenly deposited into my father's account will be returned to my account, but it has not returned yet.
This is causing me huge inconvenience.
