切断した製品を木型に入れる
切断したワークが基準線にあるか確認する
切断端面が真直であるか確認
OKなら流動に入る

セットされた治具にワークをセットして切断する
5本毎に切断確認とエアーブローを実施し、収納する
必ず木型を使用する事

Cutting jig setting
Align the cutter blade with the ruling line
Se the pipe set jig
Trial cutting
Do a trial cutting by rotating the cutter
Dimension check
Put the cut product in the wooden pattern
Check if the cut work is on the reference line
Check if the cut edge is straight
If it is OK, enter to the flow
Flow
Set the work with the set jig and cut it
Check the cutting and do the air blowing at every 5 pieces, and store them.
