最近、私達は、お客さんから商品がいつごろ届くのかわからなくて困るとよく言われます。
場合によってはキャンセルとなることもあり、私達も困っています。
私達が注文した時、出荷まで時間がかかる商品や、バックオーダーとなる商品があったら、教えて下さい。
また、最近オーダーした以下の商品は、今週中に発送出来るのでしょうか？
お客さんに催促されているものもあるので、早めに送るか、発送できそうな日程を教えて欲しいです。
また、発送済みの商品があったらインボイスを送って下さい

We are recently getting complaints from customers that they are concerned about not knowing when they receive the products.
Depending on the situation, they sometimes cancel the orders and we are concerned about it as well.
Please let us know if it takes time for you to send us the products or if there are any back order items when we order.

There are some items that we are getting pressed by customers so please send them to us as soon as possible or let us know when you can send them off.

These days our customers say that they don't know when the item will be delivered and this is causing them an inconvenience. We are also facing an inconvenience because in some cases orders are canceled.
Please let us know at the time of our order if there are items which take time for shipment or back order.
Also, can you send below items we ordered recently within this week?
