最近、私達は、お客さんから商品がいつごろ届くのかわからなくて困るとよく言われます。
場合によってはキャンセルとなることもあり、私達も困っています。
私達が注文した時、出荷まで時間がかかる商品や、バックオーダーとなる商品があったら、教えて下さい。
また、最近オーダーした以下の商品は、今週中に発送出来るのでしょうか？
お客さんに催促されているものもあるので、早めに送るか、発送できそうな日程を教えて欲しいです。
また、発送済みの商品があったらインボイスを送って下さい

Re: Dispatch date of the item

These days our customers say that they don't know when the item will be delivered and this is causing them an inconvenience. We are also facing an inconvenience because in some cases orders are canceled.
Please let us know at the time of our order if there are items which take time for shipment or back order.
Also, can you send below items we ordered recently within this week?
There are some items customers repeatedly asked, so please send them soon or let us know scheduled dispatch date.
Additionally, please send us the invoice if there are items already sent out.
