最近、私達は、お客さんから商品がいつごろ届くのかわからなくて困るとよく言われます。
場合によってはキャンセルとなることもあり、私達も困っています。
私達が注文した時、出荷まで時間がかかる商品や、バックオーダーとなる商品があったら、教えて下さい。
また、最近オーダーした以下の商品は、今週中に発送出来るのでしょうか？
お客さんに催促されているものもあるので、早めに送るか、発送できそうな日程を教えて欲しいです。
また、発送済みの商品があったらインボイスを送って下さい

Subject : about the shipping date of goods

We have recently and often received comments from customers about the delivery time of goods.
It sometimes results in cancellation of the order and we would like to solve such cases.
Can you please advise, on your receipt of our order, what goods require a long lead time before shipping or are made-to-order.
Also, please confirm if the following goods we recently placed orders will be shipped within this week.
Some of them are expertized by the customers. We need you to ship soon or advise the estimated shipping date.
If you have any goods already shipped, please send us the invoice(s).
