業者とのやりとりを正直にお伝えします。
まず、レンズはフォーカスの部分が破損していたようです。
部品があれば、取り換えは可能のようですが
あるかは現時点ではわからないようです。
そして、商品ページに記載した特記事項
フレームの曲がりは解消。
レンズ内の汚れも解消しました。
フォーカスはオートもマニュアルも現時点では使用不可のようです。

Firstly, focus part of the lens was broken.
If parts are available, they can be replaced but it seems like availability is unknown at the moment.
Also about special description stated on the item page, distorted frame problem is solved.
Stain inside the lens is also cleared.
It looks like at the moment focus and auto manual cannot be used.

I cleaned up dirt which was in the lens.

I will tell the truth about the communication with the manufacturer.

動画は分解清掃した後の状態のようで
動画を見ても状況はわからないかもしれません。
部品に関しましても
部品があって修理してもかなり高額になると言っていました。
正直このレンズを私は＄3000で購入しました。
修理費にもよりますが
レンズ自身を下取りしてくれるとの話もあり
迷っている状況です。
あなたに話す事ではないかも知れませんが

Regarding the parts, they said that it will be extremely expensive even if you repair it with the parts.
