まず、レンズはフォーカスの部分が破損していたようです。
部品があれば、取り換えは可能のようですが
あるかは現時点ではわからないようです。
そして、商品ページに記載した特記事項
フレームの曲がりは解消。
レンズ内の汚れも解消しました。
フォーカスはオートもマニュアルも現時点では使用不可のようです。
