業者とのやりとりを正直にお伝えします。

まず、レンズはフォーカスの部分が破損していたようです。
部品があれば、取り換えは可能のようですが
あるかは現時点ではわからないようです。
そして、商品ページに記載した特記事項
フレームの曲がりは解消。
レンズ内の汚れも解消しました。
フォーカスはオートもマニュアルも現時点では使用不可のようです。

May be you don't believe , but I am frank with supplier.
Firstly, in lens, focus part seems to be broken.
If there is an spare parts, it can be repaired, but it is not clear now.
Then , in commentaries in Item page bent part of frame is cancelled ( dissolved?)
I cleaned up dirt which was in the lens.
It is impossible to use focus manually or automatocally
