注文した商品の型番はxxxで、実際に届いた商品はyyyでした。
xxxはマイクが4本付属しているはずですが、yyyが到着したためマイクが付属していませんでした。
商品のパッケージと同梱物の写真を添付しますので、ご確認ください。

また、商品は日本の友人に発送し、現在は日本にあります。
返金・交換対応をして欲しいのですがどうしたらいいでしょうか?

The product I received was different from what I ordered on ○th(日),○(月).
The model number of the item I ordered is xxx but I actually received yyy.
xxx is supposed to have 4 microphones attached but because I received yyy, there are no microphones.
I will attach the photos of the package of the product and included items so please confirm.

Also, I sent the product to my friend in Japan so it's currently in Japan.
I would like to get a refund and exchange the item so please let me know what I need to do.

I received the wrong item for the order I placed on ○,○.
Model number I ordered was xxx but the one I received was yyy.
xxx should have 4 microphones but there was no microphone because yyy was delivered.

Also the item was sent to my friend in Japan and it's currently inJapan.

It have send here but it's not our order item in ◯/◯.
Out order item-number is xxx, not yyy.
Item-number xxx is 4 microphones, but yyy has no microphone.
I have send the picture of the item and itself together.
Please check it.

And, I want to send this item to my Japanese friend originally, but in Japan has the same item now.
I want to withdraw this item and back goods freight,

The delivered product is different from the product ordered on O (月), O (日).
The number of the ordered product is xxx but the delivered product is yyy.
There should be 4 microphone included in product number xxx but there is no microphone included in the delivered product yyy.
Please check the attached photos of the product's package and something included in it.

Moreover, this product will be sent to Japanese friend and it is in Japan recently.
What should I do if I would like to change the product or get a refund.

I got a different product from the one I ordered on mm, dd.
The model I ordered is xxx but yyy was delivered instead.
xxx should have 4 microphones included, but there was none since I got yyy.
Please kindly find the attached image of the product package and the bundled items.

Also, the product has been sent to my friend in Japan hence it is now in Japan.

The arrived product was different with which I ordered in ◯月◯日(英語日付).
The model No. I ordered was xxx , but actually arrived item is yyy .
Type-xxx has 4 microphones in set , and now there is no microphone because the product arrived is yyy.
Please check the photos of product package & included items attached in this mail.

Btw,the package was shipped to my friend lived in Japan so the package is in Japan now.
Please tell me how should I do if I wanna exchange or return-back it?
