◯月◯日に注文した商品は違うものが届きました。
注文した商品の型番はxxxで、実際に届いた商品はyyyでした。
xxxはマイクが4本付属しているはずですが、yyyが到着したためマイクが付属していませんでした。
商品のパッケージと同梱物の写真を添付しますので、ご確認ください。

また、商品は日本の友人に発送し、現在は日本にあります。
返金・交換対応をして欲しいのですがどうしたらいいでしょうか？
