I received a negative feedback from a customer. Despite the fact the delivery schedule was stated as sometime between Feb 20 and Mar 31, he posted a claim for having not received it yet.

I received a negative rating from my buyer. For me it seems a one-sided claim which says this person has not received the order yet even if scheduled delivery date is from February 20 to March 13.
Is it possible to delete this rating? The package has already arrived in the US.
