削除してもらうことは可能ですか？お客様の商品ははもうすでにアメリカ国内に到着しております。宜しくお願いします。

I received a negative rating from my buyer. For me it seems a one-sided claim which says this person has not received the order yet even if scheduled delivery date is from February 20 to March 13.
