クライアントからの数少ない要望の中で特徴的だったのは、家の中にバイクを置きたいという事でした。
建設費850万円という極めてタイトな予算の中で必然と決まってくる面積のなか、バイクだけのスペースを確保するというのは面白くない。
そこでクライアントのライフスタイルを踏まえ、あえて1階床面積の約半分を土間とし、懐の深い構成とする事にした。
また吹抜け部分には一部梁をかけ、子供部屋の増床が可能となる様にしている。
この建物が家族の成長と共に育って行ける物であって欲しいと願う。

The space layout designs are not a lot of patterns necessarily in the tight construction budget that is 8.5million yen.
Nevertheless It is not smart that only motorcycle space is equipped.
So considering client's lifestyle, we intentionally designed entrance space with about half space of 1st floor to make space efficiency.
Also, bridging a cross beam in the open ceiling, child room can be optional if you needed.
We wish if this architect can spend the time well with the family grows.
