クライアントからの数少ない要望の中で特徴的だったのは、家の中にバイクを置きたいという事でした。
建設費850万円という極めてタイトな予算の中で必然と決まってくる面積のなか、バイクだけのスペースを確保するというのは面白くない。
そこでクライアントのライフスタイルを踏まえ、あえて1階床面積の約半分を土間とし、懐の深い構成とする事にした。
また吹抜け部分には一部梁をかけ、子供部屋の増床が可能となる様にしている。
この建物が家族の成長と共に育って行ける物であって欲しいと願う。
What was distinctive among the few requests from the client, it was that the client wanted to put the bike in the house.
On a very tight budget of 8.5 million yen and with a determined area, to secure a space of the bike is not interesting.
Therefore, based on the life style of the client, we took about one-half of the first floor area, for earthen floor taking a deep-pocketed configuration.
For the atrium, we installed some beams making it possible to increase the floor space for the children’s room.
I hope to be this building will grow along with the growth of the family.
