クライアントからの数少ない要望の中で特徴的だったのは、家の中にバイクを置きたいという事でした。
建設費850万円という極めてタイトな予算の中で必然と決まってくる面積のなか、バイクだけのスペースを確保するというのは面白くない。
そこでクライアントのライフスタイルを踏まえ、あえて1階床面積の約半分を土間とし、懐の深い構成とする事にした。
また吹抜け部分には一部梁をかけ、子供部屋の増床が可能となる様にしている。
この建物が家族の成長と共に育って行ける物であって欲しいと願う。
Among few requests from the client, putting the bike in the house was distinctive.
With the construction budget of ¥ JP8.5 million and the determined area, securing the space for a bike is not interesting.
Based on the life style of the client, one-half of the earth floor on the 1st floor was designed as the deep bosom for the client.
In addition, parts of beams are put on the wells which can possibly increase the floor space in the child room.
I wish this house can grow with this family.
