First, we can send a package by EMS at 7,800JPY up to 7 kg. 4 helmets weigh about 5-6 kg. Packing boxes I use weigh 1.4 kg for 4 helmets and the outer box will weigh 1 kg at least. For total, the package will weigh more than 7.4 kg at minimum with 4 helmets and all the packing materials, thus we cannot send it at 7,800JPY. At the time we sent it at 7,800JPY, we sent it in the lighter and used outer box without packing the helmets inside. Are you aware of these things?

First, until 7kg, I can send it to you at 7800 yen by EMS. 4pcs of Helmet is from 5kg to 6kg. The helmet box I am using is 1.4kg with 4pcs. Outerbox is roughly 1kg so including 4pcs of helmet with helmet box and outerbox is roughly estimated 7.4kg; therefore, I cannot send it to you with 7800yen. When I send it to you by 7800yen, I did not use the helmet box and used the used outer box instead. Did you understand all this?

Convinning them, the weight is 7.4kg. it can't ship by ￥7800.
So when i have shipped by ￥7800, i have not shipped with helmetbox,

7800円以内で送る場合、ヘルメットボックスは使えませんし、アウターボックスを使わずテープでヘルメットボックス４個を結合して梱包するようなことは、ロストするリスクがあるのでしません。今回、附属で付いてきたaraiボックスとバイザーが有る為、通常より重くなっていますので、７８００円以内で送れるかは微妙です。ご理解お願いします。

Also, there are accompanying arai box and visor this time so the package weigh more than usual. We are not sure if we can send it within 7,800JPY. Please understand.
