少し返事に時間がかかってしまったのは理由がございまして実は、注文頂きましたooの発送前最終確認時に、ネック調整時にトラブルがあってトラスロッドが壊れていた
当店にはＵＳＥＤでの入荷でしたが、どうも入荷前に一度壊れた物をごまかすような形で修正してあったようで今回の調整時に壊れてしまっていた
お客様には大変申し訳ございませんが、今回このギターを販売する事が出来なくなってしまったのでお詫び申し上げます。ご迷惑お掛けしてしまい大変申し訳ございませんが上記内容ご理解いただけますと助かります

The truss rod was broken when we were adjusting the neck.
We received it as "USED", but it was repaired to make the broken one appear the perfect one before we received it, and it was broken when we were adjusting this time.
We hate to say, but we cannot sell this guitar to you this time. We apologize to you.

It take a while for me to reply because when I final check the order made before it has been despatched, I had a problem during adjusting the neck, the truss rod has been broken.
Our store get the stock from USED, it seems to be they will try to fix the item once be broken and during the adjustment this time, they accidentally break the product.
We are truly sorry, we are unable to sell this guitar this time. Sorry for the inconvenience made, we appreciate your understanding about the situation.

It was arrived to our shop as a second-handed product but before arriving, it was broken once and amended to hide it and when we adjusted it, we broke it.
