注文した荷物は10月24日に配達予定となっておりましたが、まだ配達されていません。
なぜ配達されないのか、現在の状況を教えてください。
配達先には受取人が常にいますので、事前に電話連絡をしなくても
荷物を受け取ることができます。
私は9月10日に注文した商品が1ケ月たっても受け取れていない状況に
とても困っています。
どうか早めの配達をお願い致します。

The ordered parcel has not arrived yet though it was scheduled on October 24.
Please tell me the current situation why it is not delivered.
Because there is a recipient at the delivery destination always, even without a phone call in advance, we have no problem to receive the parcel.
It is inconvenient not to receive the parcel which I have ordered on September 10, more than a month ago.
Please deliver ASAP.

My order was estimated to be delivered on 24th October, but it has still not arrived. Why I still cannot receive my order? How is the status of my order?

The delivery date of my order has been scheduled on Oct 24 but not yet by now.
Please me know what is the updated situation.
Delivery should be able to be done even no phone calls been made in prior as they recipient is available all the time.
