注文した荷物は10月24日に配達予定となっておりましたが、まだ配達されていません。
なぜ配達されないのか、現在の状況を教えてください。
配達先には受取人が常にいますので、事前に電話連絡をしなくても
荷物を受け取ることができます。
私は9月10日に注文した商品が1ケ月たっても受け取れていない状況に
とても困っています。
どうか早めの配達をお願い致します。

The delivery date of my order has been scheduled on Oct 24 but not yet by now.
Please me know what is the updated situation.
Delivery should be able to be done even no phone calls been made in prior as they recipient is available all the time.
Order was placed on Sep 10 but I still have not yet received the product for over a month. I am very disappointed about it.
Please delivery it asap.
