注文した荷物は10月24日に配達予定となっておりましたが、まだ配達されていません。
なぜ配達されないのか、現在の状況を教えてください。
配達先には受取人が常にいますので、事前に電話連絡をしなくても
荷物を受け取ることができます。
私は9月10日に注文した商品が1ケ月たっても受け取れていない状況に
とても困っています。
どうか早めの配達をお願い致します。

My order was supposed to arrive on Oct. 24 but I have not received it yet.
Please tell me the status why it has not deliverd yet.
Here is always person to recieve, so you don`t have to call us in advance.
I am worried since I ordered the goods on Sep.10 which is more than one month before.
Please deliver the goods quickly.
