Further I have explained about them in the response to the buyer, too.
I ship items within the given hanndling time, and have duly packed and shipped the item which was brand new and beautiful.
However, unfourtunately, I received a bad evaluation all of the sudden.
I insist this is an unfair evaluation.

Also I replied about that by email to the buyer.
I did dispatch the item within handling time and I did carefully pack brandnew neat item.
Regrettably I suddenly received negative feedback.
I believe this evaluation is invalid.
