バイヤーは商品を受け取った後、商品の価格が高い、商品のサイズが小さい、送料が高いなどのメールを私に何度か送ってきました。
私は正しいサイズや詳細を商品説明に記載していますし、また不当な価格や送料を設定していません。
そして私はその事をバイヤーにメールで返信し説明していました。
私は商品をハンドリングタイム内に発送していますし、また新しい綺麗な商品をきちんと梱包して送りました。
でも残念ながら突然悪い評価を付けられました。
私はこれは不当な評価だと思います。
評価を削除して頂けませんか？

After received the item, the buyer e-mailed me few times claiming the item is too expensive, is too small, and its shipping fee is too expensive, etc.
I have posted the correct size and details of the item on the description page, and do not set inappropriate pricing or shipping fee.
Further I have explained about them in the response to the buyer, too.
I ship items within the given hanndling time, and have duly packed and shipped the item which was brand new and beautiful.
However, unfourtunately, I received a bad evaluation all of the sudden.
I insist this is an unfair evaluation.
Would you please delete it?
