バイヤーは商品を受け取った後、商品の価格が高い、商品のサイズが小さい、送料が高いなどのメールを私に何度か送ってきました。
私は正しいサイズや詳細を商品説明に記載していますし、また不当な価格や送料を設定していません。
そして私はその事をバイヤーにメールで返信し説明していました。
私は商品をハンドリングタイム内に発送していますし、また新しい綺麗な商品をきちんと梱包して送りました。
でも残念ながら突然悪い評価を付けられました。
私はこれは不当な評価だと思います。
評価を削除して頂けませんか？
After the buyer received the item, he sent several emails saying that the price of item is expensive, size is small and postage is expensive etc.
I did state correct size and details on item description and price and postage set are appropriate.
Also I replied about that by email to the buyer.
I did dispatch the item within handling time and I did carefully pack brandnew neat item.
Regrettably I suddenly received negative feedback.
I believe this evaluation is invalid.
