バイヤーは商品を受け取った後、商品の価格が高い、商品のサイズが小さい、送料が高いなどのメールを私に何度か送ってきました。
私は正しいサイズや詳細を商品説明に記載していますし、また不当な価格や送料を設定していません。
そして私はその事をバイヤーにメールで返信し説明していました。
私は商品をハンドリングタイム内に発送していますし、また新しい綺麗な商品をきちんと梱包して送りました。
でも残念ながら突然悪い評価を付けられました。
私はこれは不当な評価だと思います。
評価を削除して頂けませんか？

After receiving the item, the buyer emailed me several times and said "The price of the item is too expensive","The size of the item is small",and "Delivering fee is expensive".
I mentioned the item's correct size and details in the "merchandise explanation". Besides, I don't set up unreasonable price and delivering fee. And I emailed and explained those things above to him.
I sent out the item within the handling time, and the item was new and its condition was good and its packaging was well done.
But I was rated low suddenly.
I regard it as unfair.
Would you please cancel the rating?
